• Complete backup, restore and recovery strategies.  The process can be manual or automated at any level.

• Comprehensive Disaster Recovery Plans with full documented testing of the recovery plan. 

• Performance tuning of the MSSQL.

• Implementation, Tuning or Updating Monitoring of the MSSQL.

• Database lifecycle tasks such as installation repairs, updates or full instance installations.

• Designing, implementing, and supporting Windows fail-over clustering with always on availability groups and availability group listeners.

• Evaluate the MSSQL environment to recommend appropriate monitoring software.
